- Work extensively within Webflow and other CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity), implementing and editing content as needed
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to respond to requests, test changes, and ensure smooth implementation
- Handle SEO-focused tasks like updating meta descriptions and fixing technical SEO issues
- Create and refine UI components or content blocks within Webflow (bonus if you have an eye for design)
- Participate in regular team meetings and actively contribute via chat and documentation (primarily in English)
- Troubleshoot issues, perform quality assurance, and support ongoing website optimization
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript with at least 2 years of front-end development experience
- Previous experience working with content management systems and website builders
- Hands-on experience with Webflow is a strong plus (we’re primarily looking for a Webflow-focused developer)
- Experience with website performance and SEO optimization best practices
- Familiarity with design implementation and basic design principles is a bonus
Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive or maintenance-oriented tasks with care
- Good English communication skills — comfortable participating in meetings, chats, and cross-functional discussions
- Great collaboration and time management skills
- A humble, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on testing, small updates, and back-and-forth iteration
- A good eye for visual detail and layout (especially when building blocks in Webflow) is a plus
Required Education & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications or portfolio examples in front-end development or CMS projects are considered a plus
